Blueberries (150g)
Natural (live) yoghurt (or soy milk) (40ml)
Banana (250g)
Raspberry (150g)
Cranberry Juice (250ml) (or apple juice if can't get cranberry)
Overview
Crammed full of vitamin C, huge amounts of antioxidants and a load of energy to keep you going through the day.
Directions
Peel and chop the bananas into small chunks. Add all ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker and whizz till smooth. Substitute Soya milk for the yoghurt if you require a dairy free version.
