Smoothie ingredients
Banana (100g)
Soya (soy) milk 250ml
Avocado (175g)
Overview
Really creamy and smooth and packed with oils that will feed your skin making it smoother and more supple.
Directions
Remove the avocado stone. Peel and roughly chop the banana and avocado. Place in blender with the yoghurt and blend till smooth. Works well if the ingredients have been chilled in the fridge. You can also add a couple of ice cubes if required to thicken the smoothie to taste.
