This juicer can handle rapid juicing for the busiest of commercial juice environments such as juice bars and drinks outlets. It will handle fruits and hard vegetables easily:- carrots, apples, pineapple, cucumber, melons, pears etc.
It is capable of handling produce as fast as you can feed it due to the the generous 6cm diameter feeding chute. This is a great size for enabling whole carrots and cucumber to be inserted in one go.
Some other juicers that have wider feed chutes to handle whole apples clog rapidly, requiring re-assembly every 20 apples or so. Not so with the BJ500.
The continuous Pulp Ejection system sends pulp below the counter via a clear tube (not visible in this picture) so you don't have to empty a small bin.
The quality of the juice from this machine is very smooth and un-stressed, and doesn't separate as quickly as with other machines. This will lead to happy customers which helps generate returning customers.
