Simple Soother
Serving: 2 glasses
5 apples
2 large carrots
1 large stick of celery
3 inches of cucumber
This refreshing juice recipe tastes absolutely fantastic with a soothing coolness that is brought about by the cucumber juice.
The carrots are packed full of beta carotenes which the body converts into vitamin A. Beta carotenes are effective as an immune booster and help against heart disease. Celery and cucumber both contain potassium which is used in the control of blood pressure and by the nervous system. Cucumber also contains Folic acid which helps prevent anaemia.
Peel and top and tail your carrots unless they are organic in which case wash them thoroughly before putting through your juicer.
