Serving: Makes 2 glasses (400 ml)

Half a Honeydew Melon
2 Large bunches of Green Grapes
2 Golden Delicious Apples
2 Peaches
2 Kiwi Fruits.

Made with Peaches that are good for irritated stomaches, reducing high blood pressure and protecting against cancer and heart disease. Grapes fight carcinogens, lower blood pressure and relieves the symptoms of arthritis.

Apples are an ideal antioxidant, good for cleansing and the digestive system. This recipe is a good immune system booster.

Remove melon from skin and peel kiwi fruits. Leaving the skins on the remainder, (removing pips from apples), juice all of the ingredients.

Serve immediately over ice for a nice cool refreshing juice.
