  • 1 large Apple
  • 2 large Oranges

This juice recipe is a sure fire way to transfer your mind to warm summer days with a fresh sunshine taste. The melon in the recipe gives a cooling sensation whilst the pineapple gives an unquestionably tropical overtone.

This recipe is great for preventing the onset of colds with vitamin C present in the Pineapple, Oranges and apple. The Bioflavanoids present in the pith of the oranges help the body to absorb the vitamin C.
