Serving: 1 large / 2 small
Apple Juice (400ml - not from concentrate, freshly juiced if possible)
Natural (live) yoghurt (80ml)
Cinnamon (large pinch)
Prune (100g - stones removed)
This sweet and gently spiced smoothie is just the thing for an easy sunday morning breakfast.
Begin the night before by roughly chopping the prunes, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour over apple juice. Leave overnight for prunes to soften. In the morning pour the mixture into the blender, add the yoghurt and honey and blend till smooth.
