Mango Morning

Serving: 1 large / 2 small

Smoothie ingredients

Lime (juice and zest of half)
Pineapple (275ml (freshly juiced if possible)
Mango (200g)


Try this for a truly tropical start to the day, perfect for the weekend. You'll feel smug as you pull out your prepared manago in the morning.


Chop the mango into chunks the night before, place in freezer bag and freeze for min 3 hours. At breakfast put the frozen mango in the blender with the other ingredients and whizz till thick. If you want a thinner consistency add water.
