Smoothing Smoothie

Serving: 1 large / 2 small

Smoothie ingredients

Banana (100g)
Soya (soy) milk 250ml
Avocado (175g)


Really creamy and smooth and packed with oils that will feed your skin making it smoother and more supple.


Remove the avocado stone. Peel and roughly chop the banana and avocado. Place in blender with the yoghurt and blend till smooth. Works well if ingredients have been chilled in fridge. You can also add a couple of ice cubes if to taste.
