Feel the sunshine with this tropical smoothie recipe.
Juice the mandarins / clementines, if using an old fashoined citrus press this will be quick and little clean up required. Peel the pineapple and remove the core, then cut into chunks. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
